The cancellation must be requested with 2 days or more (valid for transfers, city tours and kit snacks), the refund will be in full.
No cancellations will be made the day before and in the realization of the service / product.
If the service / product is carried out on an extended holiday, the full refund will only be made at the minimum of 72 hours.
